Finally!! Here it is… The showEwe Basics Scarf Pattern. I created this pattern as a companion piece to the showEwe Basics Tutorial Series. All the techniques that I go over in the basics series will be used in this pattern. It’s a fun way to practice all the basic knitting techniques while working on your first project! It’s also super cute. ;)

If this pattern looks like complete gibberish to you, have no fear! I’ll be posting a pattern reading tutorial later this week.

showEwe Scarf

Yarn: Stitch Nation Full O’ Sheep (2 skeins)
Needles: US Size 10 straight
Gauge: 3.5 sts & 5 rows per inch
Other Materials: tapestry needle

Garter Stitch – Knit every row
Stockinette Stitch w/Border -
Row 1 (right side): knit all sts
Row 2 (wrong side): k5, p17, k5
